Amanda graduated top of her class in 2012 from Pacific University. She has been practicing dental hygiene full-time since graduating, and serves as the secretary for the High Desert Dental Hygienist’s Association.

Why Glossed?

Mobile teeth whitening was an idea her best friend had over a card game, and, having always been called toward the beauty industry, Amanda took the idea and ran with it. Amanda thinks the best part about dental hygiene is that it is a mini-makeover in less than an hour, and is stoked to bring a new version of that to her community of Beautiful Bendites with teeth whitening!

About Her:

Amanda Hignell-Rufener is a Bend native. She is married to another Bend native, Josh, and they have a precious puppy boy named Dave.

She prides herself on excellent communication, superior clinical skills, and a passion for her patients, clients, and career.

Her personality is big, but agreeable, and she is poised to make a joke at her own expense at any time, so you won’t be bored while you’re getting Glossed.
